Various Delicious Oatmeal Recipe in Simple Steps
Berbagai Olahan Lezat Oatmeal yang Mudah Dibuat

As you may see on my instagram @rirryhapsari, here is the recipe of "Oatmeal Octopus Tom Yam"
Ingredients : 
- Oatmeal
- Bihun (small white noodle from rice flour)
- Seafood: octopus, oyster, crabstick, seafoodballs
- Vegetables: carrot, cabbage, broccolli, flower of cabbage, tomato
- Beef Sausage
- White Tofu
- Oil (zaitun or any)
- Water
Spices : 
- Onion (Red & White)
- Ginger
- Batang Sereh, grilled it (memarkan; Bahasa Indonesia, -red.)
- Chilli (Red Curly, Green, Red Small Chillis/cabe rawit merah)
- Orange Leaves
- Onion Leaves
- Celedri Leaves
- Salt, Sugar, Pepper (with comparison 1 : 1 : 1 usually for mine, or as your preference)
Cooking Steps : 
- Cook Bihun in boiled water until half-cooked, take aside. Mix the oatmeal with the water used for previous cooking until soften, then mix together with half-cooked bihun, take aside. (Pict. 2, 3, 4)
- Slice all the ingredients and spices. (Pict. 1)
- Stir the sliced onion and ginger on warm oil until it smells good. Add the orange leaf and batang sereh, stir together.
- Put the first ingredients: the octopus and oyster into the pan, stir together until half-cooked. Add water, salt, sugar, and pepper.
- Put the second ingredients: tofu and vegetables (brocolli and cabbage are last) until half-cooked.
- Put the third ingredients: the brocolli, cabbage, crab stick, seafoodballs, and beef sausage until they are half-cooked.
- Last, put the tomato, onion leaves, red small chilli/cabe rawit merah, don't cook them too long. Just need little time until the tom yam is well-cooked.
- Serve Tom Yam while hot with the Oatmeal Bihun and sliced Celedri and Onion Leaves.
