As you may see on my instagram @rirryhapsari, here is the recipe of "Oatmeal Octopus Tom Yam"

Ingredients : 🐙

- Oatmeal

- Bihun (small white noodle from rice flour)

- Seafood: octopus, oyster, crabstick, seafoodballs

- Vegetables: carrot, cabbage, broccolli, flower of cabbage, tomato

- Beef Sausage

- White Tofu

- Oil (zaitun or any)

- Water


Spices : 🍅

- Onion (Red & White)

- Ginger

- Batang Sereh, grilled it (memarkan; Bahasa Indonesia, -red.)

- Chilli (Red Curly, Green, Red Small Chillis/cabe rawit merah)

- Orange Leaves

- Onion Leaves

- Celedri Leaves

- Salt, Sugar, Pepper (with comparison 1 : 1 : 1 usually for mine, or as your preference)


Cooking Steps : 🍳

- Cook Bihun in boiled water until half-cooked, take aside. Mix the oatmeal with the water used for previous cooking until soften, then mix together with half-cooked bihun, take aside. (Pict. 2, 3, 4)

- Slice all the ingredients and spices. (Pict. 1)

- Stir the sliced onion and ginger on warm oil until it smells good. Add the orange leaf and batang sereh, stir together.

- Put the first ingredients: the octopus and oyster into the pan, stir together until half-cooked. Add water, salt, sugar, and pepper.

- Put the second ingredients: tofu and vegetables (brocolli and cabbage are last) until half-cooked.

- Put the third ingredients: the brocolli, cabbage, crab stick, seafoodballs, and beef sausage until they are half-cooked.

- Last, put the tomato, onion leaves, red small chilli/cabe rawit merah, don't cook them too long. Just need little time until the tom yam is well-cooked.

- Serve Tom Yam while hot with the Oatmeal Bihun and sliced Celedri and Onion Leaves.

Karena Traveling Dapat Menjadi Terapi Diri

Hai, aku Riri. Aku senang melakukan traveling karena traveling memberikan manfaat yang tidak banyak disadari. Traveling dapat menjadi sarana Terapi Diri.

 ‘Terapi’ bukan berarti Anda mengalami mental disorder. Sambil melakukan kesenangan bertraveling, Anda sekaligus ‘bekerja’ untuk mengembangkan pribadi lebih sehat secara psikologis.

Misiku saat melakukan traveling melebihi pemuasan fisik-materiil. Aku ingin mencari pengembangan pribadi (personal growth) dan kesejahteraan psikologis. “The world is like a book. If you don’t travel, you only read one page (Saint Augustine).

Aku merupakan pribadi yang dinamis, menyukai fleksibilitas untuk setiap aktivitasku. Dengan gadget, aku senang mengabadikan kegiatan travelingku, dengan foto dan tulisan, kemudian mengunggahnya di akun sosial dan blogku -bahkan saat masih di lokasi. Aku senang menceritakan kegiatanku, termasuk insight yang kudapat untuk menginspirasi orang lain.

Misalnya, saat mencoba makanan unik setempat, kegiatan ekstrem, kebudayaan setempat, atau berkenalan dengan orang-orang di perjalanan yang membuka wawasan. Atau kesempatan traveling di Eropa yang kudapat karena menjadi delegasi universitas untuk mengikuti Konferensi Internasional di Paris. Itulah beberapa gambaran bagaimana aku dapat mengembangkan diriku melalui hobi travelingku.

🍳🍛 Oatmeal Scrambled Egg with 'Tofveggies' Stirfry and Bihun 🍛🍳

Recommended for you who strive for healthy food and quick cooking 😉👍






Ingredients : 🐣
- Oatmeal
- Chicken Egg
- Bihun (White Small Noodle)
- Tofu
- Vegetables : carrot, broccoli, cabbage, and/or any other vegetables as you wish

Spices : 🍅
- Garlic
- Bombay Onion
- Oyster Sauce (Saus Tiram)
- Oil
- Water
- Salt, pepper, sugar (comparison 1 : 1 : 1)
- No need of MSG
- Orange Leaf & Red Curly Chilli as garnish


Cooking Steps : 🍳
- Boil the bihun in boiling water until half-cooked. Take aside.
- Mix the quick-cooked oatmeal with egg, blend it together. Add some salt, pepper, and sugar with comparison 1 : 1 : 1 or as you wish.
- Scramble the egg on the pan with small-drop of warm oil. Just need a couple of minutes until the egg is well-cooked and has bright yellow. Take aside.
- Using same pan, fry the tofu until crispy in the outside, and soft on the inside. Take aside,
- Using same pan, stir fry the bombay onion on the hot oil until the smell is good.
- Put the vegetables. Add oyster sauce and some salt, pepper, and sugar with comparison 1 : 1 : 1 or as you wish. Make sure all the vegetables are covered with the spices and well-cooked.
- Serve on the plate: scramble egg, 'Tofveggies', and Bihun. Add some garnishes, like orange leaf and red curly chilli to make it more outstanding.
- Don't forget to eat with SMILE! 👄
