" Oatmeal Korean Bimbimbap "
~Traditional Mixed Rice of Korea~
Healthy, Simple and Fast-Cooking
Ingredients:
- Oatmeal (subsitution of rice)
- Brocolli
- Carrot
- Onion (Bombay)
- Egg
- Beef Sausage
- Tofu
- Cheese
- Water
Spices:
- Salt
- Sugar
- White pepper
- Chilli powder
- Margarine
Cooking Steps:
- Mixed the oatmeal with water.
- Put the vegetables around the bowl, sausage, tofu, and
cheese on the top of the topping.
- Put the Ring 'O' bombay onion in the middle of the bowl,
then put the egg right in the center of it.
- Spread all the spices. For margarine & chilli powder,
focused on the center of the yolk.
- Cook it carefully by steaming it on the rice cooker for 30
minutes or until the yolk is half-cooked.
- Serve with the chilli sauce or anything that you like
